Eggplant Saute

Eggplant

Suitable for: 8 months to 10 months old baby

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil

Preparation and Cooking Method:

Step 1: Peel and dice eggplant

Step 2: Saute onions in olive oil over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Add spices

Step 4: Drain any remaining olive oil if desired

Step 5: Serve alone or over noodles
